Terms of Service

1. Agreement and provider

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and The Freak Company LLC, identification number 404803637, registered at Georgia, Tbilisi, Krtsanisi District, Nino and Ilia Nakashidze Street, No. 1, Flat No. 3, Building No. 3. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using paid FreakUI generation, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use FreakUI for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. Contact us at hello@thefreakcompany.com.

2. FreakUI products

FreakUI includes a free, open-source Swift package and a separate paid generation capability. The open-source package remains governed by its MIT license. A paid subscription provides access to supported project generation through the FreakUI plugin and service, maintained generation recipes, and FreakUI-specific support. It does not provide a private or expanded edition of the open-source package.

3. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account and billing information, protect your account and connected coding-agent sessions, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share access tokens, credentials, or an individual subscription in a way that bypasses FreakUI access controls.

Generation access is determined from the authenticated WorkOS account and current Paddle subscription state. Dashboard and component skills can work locally with the open-source package without paid generation access.

4. Subscription, renewal, and tax

FreakUI currently offers monthly access at $24.99 and annual access at $149.99, with no free trial. Both plans provide the same generation entitlement. Prices, currency conversion, applicable tax, and the renewal amount presented by Paddle at checkout control your purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Paddle is the merchant of record and handles payment processing, tax, invoices, renewal notices, and billing support. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.

5. Cancellation, refunds, and payment disputes

You can cancel at any time from your FreakUI account through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally preserves generation access through the end of the current paid billing period.

Refund eligibility and statutory withdrawal rights are described in our Refund Policy, applicable law, and the Paddle Refund Policy. You can request billing help or a refund through paddle.net. Any approved full or partial refund, and any approved chargeback, revokes future FreakUI generation access for the affected subscription. This does not disable or reclaim projects generated before access ended.

6. Generation workflow and customer responsibility

FreakUI generates a new project only after you confirm the app brief and an empty or absent local destination. The supported coding agent materializes the returned project, resolves packages, and performs local verification. FreakUI does not merge into or overwrite a non-empty destination.

Generated source is a development foundation, not a guarantee that an application is complete, error-free, legally compliant, secure for a particular use, or accepted by Apple. You are responsible for reviewing the source and for later product logic, data handling, accessibility, security, testing, signing, distribution, App Store compliance, third-party licenses, and all changes made after generation.

7. Generated source and intellectual property

As between you and The Freak Company, you may use, modify, and distribute the application source generated for you for personal or commercial purposes, subject to third-party rights and licenses. The generated project’s FreakUI dependency remains governed by the open-source package’s MIT license.

Your subscription does not transfer the private generator, master foundations, generation recipes, service code, FreakUI trademarks, The Freak Company trademarks, logos, or endorsement rights. Do not use those brand identifiers in a way that implies affiliation or approval.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use FreakUI to:

• violate law or another person’s rights;
• submit material you do not have the right to use;
• bypass authentication, entitlement, or usage safeguards;
• probe, disrupt, overload, or compromise the service;
• resell or sublicense service access or private service output;
• introduce malware or use the service for fraudulent activity.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or legal compliance.

9. Availability, changes, and support

We may maintain, update, limit, or discontinue parts of the hosted service. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every toolchain, coding agent, Apple platform, or future FreakUI version.

Support covers FreakUI authentication, generation access, the supported generation workflow, and defects in the generated foundation. It does not include unrelated application development, Apple signing, App Store submission, or unlimited custom design and engineering work.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreakUI is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Freak Company LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising from the paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for FreakUI during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending access

You may stop using FreakUI and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate hosted access for material breach, security risk, fraud, non-payment, provider restriction, or legal requirement. Terms that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, generated-source rights, intellectual-property boundaries, disclaimers, and liability limits, survive termination.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Tbilisi, Georgia have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you another right or venue. Paddle’s terms separately govern its sale and payment services.

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will take effect as described in the notice we provide or, when no separate notice is legally required, when the updated terms and effective date are posted here. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the hosted service and cancel before the next renewal.
